Oahh i think everyones a bit harsh on poor old Neil, he definitely has the passion for the game. And its always very encouraging to see a non player up there hosting a show. But yes Andy should be much better, i loved him on Nerds FC :o Haha

Good stuff from Total Football. It totally pumped me up for the upcoming seasons. Ron Smith seems like a great guy, his got an awesome personality. Good to see Fox Sports showing INTER MILAN *marks out* in the Ajax Tournament. Only thing I didn't like is Robbie Slaters comments about Materazzi having to hang his head in shame. Meh, whatever... suck a cock.

That 'new' A-Leahue ad was pathetic, it was the same ad with different music.
Also good to see they didn't talk about Sydney FC for a few minutes (albeit to focus on Glory).

Well they are two very good matches. Henk ten Cate comes in as new manager of Ajax and he is a great manager, who was Rijkaard's assistant last year. He is much better than Danny Blind, however ManU are looking strong eventhough they signed that overrated prick called Carrick. Its in Amsterdam though so my prediction: 2-1 to Ajax/ManU
In terms of the other match i will say Inter will win but not sure of the score.

Overpriced. Underrated.

Exactly.
Not sure on Andy, although football-witted, quite bland and boring.

Did anyone watch Total Football tonight? Archie was on from a live feed. He seemed a little nervous and wasn't really giving a proper answer to the questions asked. Apart from that he's real keen on kicking it up with Victory this season, so I expect to see 100% from him and the rest of the boys.

To me it seems like he had been told what to say, or told certain things to mention (obviously by Mr Ising), and was trying to make sure each thing was mentioned.
Example: His first question was how was it coming down after the WC and coming back to Australia. His answer was "...can't wait for the A-League to start and August 25 against Adelaide and tickets are already on sale and of course Sydney in Round 2 and tickets are on sale Monday."
