All the noise coming out of Ewood Park suggests that Sparky is looking at cashing in on Neill.
It would be a smart piece of business for Rovers because Neill's market value is strong and it would allow Sparky to strengthen his squad with such a cas injection.
It's a win-win, cos' Neill wants away to a bigger club and Rovers can cash in!
