Farina may have resigned as national coach, theres gonna be a press conference in half an hour time. Lowy and O'Neil are holding it and its on the position of the national coach

Today has been a great day for Australian football :)

I'll tell you what's a negative and that's a national side missing out on qualification for the World Cup. That's 2 positives today.

Our home ground announcement was no more than a whimper. Frank's departure Lizzy is a good news story and gives all football supporters hope for the future. Non-football people are just that and never say anything positive anyway.

I really don't see it that way. AFL coaches get sacked all the time during the season or are under pressure. Look at Fremantle coach at the moment.

Qualification to the greatest world sporting event means $10million +

This is negative with only a few months to go.

Australian football falters again! Failure to qualify is bad news for Lowy, O'Neil and more importantly A League.

Just got back today from the press conference... He was so ecstatic he od'd (spelling?) on some heavy duty eucalyptus.
