Well its nearly time again for everyone to bitch and moan about Harry Kewells attendance for the socceroos. For the love of god. Who gives a fuck. He has played like shit for the last year (club) and done less for Australia.

I would rather besciano / cahill / anyday.

The bitching will happen. the same shit will be brought up. and nothing will change. This has been going on for 8 years now. I just hope Farina has the balls to knock him back on a place (i know that will never happen)

All I`m saying is who cares, his not the young promesing up-and-comer he was when all this debate begun.

Im inclined to agree you see players like Bresciano, Cahill and Emerton who actually do a better job than Kewell usually does for Australia.

It's going to be an interesting year for the Socceroo's with all the games and the squad rotations...

This is a critical year. I think Farina needs to select a squad and then keep the side as cohesive as possible; minimize rotations.

That said, even with injuries, Kewell will be included.

If you think a fit Kewell is not in our best starting XI you are kidding yourself. We simply do not have the player depth to leave him out.

In midfield we have a lot of depth but Penguin Vic is right, he would be put on the bench at worst.

At worst.
If he is fit he must play.
Even out of form he is better than most of the squad.
Most of his bad form is injury related so fully fit he would have to be included.
He has the skills to pay the bills, and when he is firing alongside Viduka, we will look very competitive.

On His Day He's As good as anyone but most other days he's a half a game player
