This is the third tier of Club competition in Asia

North Korea clubs aren't allowed in any club competition because they refuse to follow world player transfer rules... oh well
should enter Aus state league teams into this comp... give them some exposure

Sorta but this isnt for the teams that fourth or fifth in their league. Its exclusively for the bottom ranked nations of asia that meet AFC league criteria

if u read carefully u will see emerging nations only taking part - not developed countries like ours. afc cup would more appropriate for 2nd or 3rd team from oz

I don't think we'd be able to get any teams in for the fact we have teams in the Asian Champions League?

There is no comparison between the different tiers of european football and asian.
European is by league placings, cup wins etc.
Asia is by how developed the nation is.
An a-league team will never play in anything but the champions league.
