This idea was taken from another forum (bigsoccer) so props to them. There are some interesting combinations of Asia's best XI. Here are some options:
Team 1 (3-4-1-2):
---------------Al-Habsi----------------------
------Neill------Nakazawa------Bassim Abbas
----------Grella------Nashat Akram -----------
----Nakamura------------------Park Ji-Sung---
-----------------Cahill------------------------
--------Younis Mahmoud --Al-Qahtani --------
Team 2 (4-3-1-2)
---------------Al-Habsi----------------------
--Neill-----Tulio----Aghili-----Lee Y.P.------
--------------Nekounam---------------------
----Nakamura--------Park Ji-Sung---------
----------------Cahill-------------------------
--------McDonald--Shatskikh---------------
Team 3 (3-4-3)
-------------------------Mark Schwarzer -------------------------
Yuji NAKAZAWA----------- Lucas Neill --------------Bassim Abbas
-------------------------Nashat Akram --------------------------
Park Ji-Sung -------------- Tim Cahill ------------ Jawad Nekounam
Yassir Al-Qahtani-------Younis Mahmoud ---------Naohiro Takahara
These are just some of the suggested teams. How do you think Asia's best XI would line up?

According to Pro Evolution Soccer 2008, Patrick Kisnorbo is in it.

Haha Viduka shite?
How many Asians scored the 4th most goals in the EPL last season off, what, 22 games was it?
Viduka and McDonald are the two leading AFC strikers.
Any team must have P J Sung, Nakamura and Cahill. I reckon the combination of those five players would be pretty fucking crazy. Although if you had to put one on the bench I'd put Cahill.
Forgive me but who is Ashat Nakram?

Nashat Akram, Iraqi bloke dominated the Asian Cup, was gonna move to the Premier League but got denied a visa, straight out freak, that one

Arguably the best central midfielder in Asia.

Nakamura and Sung are both quality players who deserve a spot. Cahill is a top notch player as well but really excels as an impact player, we've all seen that. Bring him on with 20 minutes to go and he's running around like a headless chicken scoring goals from left right centre.

Certainly Nakamura, Park, Cahill, Viduka and Kewell.. would be in my team... no idea about the defence though!

Ali Al Habsi, Park, Nakamura & Cahill are the only ones who you would say are certainties for that team

Kewell has had his time in the sun. Hardly worthy of asian xi.
