There were a couple of big scores in the UEFA Champions League group stages this season as well.

At least the UEFACL has a qualifying stage that ensures there are no games that end 38-0.

Also, it's probably worth noting that Liverpool's 8-0 over Besiktas is a competition record.

So does the ACL - in that it doesnt let countries that have extremely weak leagues into the competition, and gives those that are weaker less spots.

Arsenal and Liverpool both recorded 8-0 wins in the ECL this season, does that make it a joke?

See, that's a bad system. It still only either leaves them out or lets them in. Australian and Vietnamese teams, for example, should have to qualify.

Nice edit......

Im guessing you looked up Wikipedia right......

Or im guessing you need to look up wiki to work out where Besiktas is..
