Clayton Zane, 29 yoa was doing alright overseas but has had a couple very bad knee problems. He gave the game away and moved back home. Rumor is Oakleigh have signed him to play state league! Would be a ripping signing for the league.

Oakleigh have also signed Steve Laurie, who really should be playing for Sydney FC along ahead of the likes of; Oostendorp, Fyfe, Timpano.. Good footballer, good enough to be playing A-League. Better than the likes of Storey & Piorkowski. Will be a rock at state league level.
